Eric and Kelly Schoch have enjoyed more than 25 years of marriage and the blessing of raising their daughter together. Rooted in their faith, they believe in Christ's transformative power to strengthen and renew marriages. Their passion is to help couples experience the joy and purpose of a Christ centered marriage. Eric and Kelly provide practical, Scripture-based guidance to couples at every stage, from those starting with premarital counseling to couples navigating challenging seasons in their marriage. Their commitment to serving others reflects their belief that, with faith and intentionality, marriages can thrive. They mentor and encourage couples to grow closer to God and to one another through shared experiences, biblical wisdom, and practical insights.

Wayne and Bonnie Miller have been married for over 40 years and are passionate about helping couples build strong, Christ-centered marriages. Their own journey of marriage, family, careers, and faith has given them a deep appreciation for the importance of commitment, communication, grace, and keeping Christ at the center of a marriage. Bonnie brings a background in nursing and healthcare administration, having spent many years in healthcare leadership with a focus on caring for patients, families, and teams. Wayne spent his career in the RV industry, serving as a Service Manager and working closely with customers and employees. Through their professional experiences, both have developed strong skills in listening, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and working with people from many different backgrounds. Wayne and Bonnie are the proud parents of two grown children, Beveline and Mark. Family has always been an important part of their lives, and they value the lessons that marriage and parenting have taught them about patience, forgiveness, perseverance, and unconditional love. Wayne and Bonnie have been part of Landmark Church for several years as weekenders until moving here full time in 2025. Their faith and desire to serve others have led them to become Marriage Mentors, where they have the privilege of walking alongside couples during both the joyful and challenging seasons of marriage. As Marriage Mentors, Wayne and Bonnie seek to encourage couples through biblical principles, honest conversation, prayer, and practical wisdom. They see themselves as a couple who has experienced the realities of more than four decades together and understands the value of continually growing in Christ and in their relationship with one another. Their heart is to come alongside couples with grace, encouragement, and authenticity—helping them strengthen their relationship, deepen their faith, and build a marriage that honors God and reflects His love.

Jennifer Heist is a Life Coach and Marriage Mentor with a heart to encourage, strengthen, and bring hope to those navigating difficult or transitional seasons of life. She is passionate about helping couples communicate more effectively, fostering deeper emotional connection and unity in their relationships. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling with a focus in Life Coaching from Liberty University. She is also certified in SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts), equipping her to support couples at every stage of their journey. Through both her education and personal life experiences, Jennifer has gained the insight and compassion needed to walk alongside others as they pursue healing, growth, and God’s purpose for their lives.

Cody and Ceiara are high school sweethearts who have spent the last 17 years building a Christ centered marriage while raising their three children, Brody, Savannah, and Mason. For the past seven years, they have been faithfully planted at Landmark, where their passion for full time ministry has grown. Ceiara is a devoted mother and certified biblical counselor who serves schools, crisis pregnancy centers, and alongside the care team at Landmark Church. Cody serves full time at Landmark and as the Managing Partner of Landmark Cafe. Together, they are passionate about mentoring the next generation and walking alongside couples, with a shared heart to strengthen marriages through biblical truth, unity, and a Christ centered home.

John and Mary have been happily married for over 38 years and love helping other couples build strong, healthy relationships.  They’ve spent 40 years serving with Youth With A Mission, and their life experience - along with their faith - shapes the way they walk alongside others.  As certified SYMBIS marriage mentors, they enjoy guiding engaged and newly married couples through meaningful conversations that strengthen connection and prepare them for a lasting marriage.  They’ve raised three children, love doing life together and are excited to step into a new season as grandparents.

Terence and Jennifer Sikoryak are a devoted Christian couple who have been joyfully married for ten years, dedicating their lives to exemplifying a Christ-centered marriage and inspiring others through their faith-filled partnership. As active members of Landmark’s Care Team, Terence serves as a pastor and Jennifer as a committed volunteer, using their experience as life coaches and marriage mentors to guide couples in building spiritually strong, emotionally healthy relationships rooted in biblical principles. Their shared ministry emphasizes the importance of Christian values, personal growth, and brain health, while their love for each other and God remains at the heart of their work. Outside of ministry, they delight in their eight grandchildren, with Jennifer enjoying surfing and serving on the worship team, and Terence hosting his long-running radio show, This One Voice. Together, their united mission is to help others discover God’s purpose for marriage and create a legacy of faith for generations to come.

As Certified Marriage Coaches and longtime owners of their hometown pharmacy, they understand both the challenges and the beauty of partnership—at home and in life. Together, they’ve raised four children and served in various marriage and family ministries, walking alongside couples through every season. Their journey includes overcoming addiction, deception, and resentment—experiences that have shaped their deep compassion and unwavering faith. Scott and Amy give God all the glory for His faithfulness and grace, and they are devoted to empowering couples to stand resolute in their commitment and to bring life and hope into their marriages.
