Ethan Hoover

Ethan serves as the Creative Director at Landmark Church, leading digital media, content, and communications to help the church communicate clearly and beautifully. A graduate of Regent University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing, he brings both entrepreneurial experience and ministry conviction to his role. Before stepping into full-time ministry, he worked in marketing for organizations in Virginia Beach and Nashville, developing a passion for strategy, storytelling, and building things that last.

At his core, Ethan has a heart to resource the Church. He loves helping people grow excited about the Bible—its books, its people, and the unified story it tells—and is passionate about creating tools that make deep biblical learning accessible and engaging. He thrives at the intersection of theology, creativity, and innovation, and is driven by a desire to strengthen the local church for the long haul.

Ethan believes all of life belongs to the Lord. Whether serving in vocational ministry or in the marketplace, his aim is the same: to glorify God, steward his gifts faithfully, and support the work of the local church wherever the Lord places him. Above all, he is grateful to be the husband of his wife, Sage, and is committed to loving and leading his family well in every season. He also co-owns a web design agency, Polymer, with his brother Blair, creating thoughtful website experiences for churches and startups.
