Visitation
Our visitation team goes into hospitals, nursing homes, households, & more to encourage, equip, bless, worship and pray with congregants and those in the community during their times of need.
Mentors
Our mentors walk with individuals over time to help them grow in skill, character, and confidence. It’s intentional, relational, and transformational.
Coaches
Coaching is a structured process of leading someone to clarity in direction, confronting obstacles, and committing to action with accountability. Our coaches take people from hurting, to healing, to helping.
Premarital & Marriage
We have premarital and marriage counselors available to walk you through whatever chapter of marriage you are in.
Benevolence
Benevolence assists in caring for the needs of those in crisis within our flock while practicing responsible stewardship over the funds that God has entrusted to our church. Benevolence funds are distributed to regular attendees of Landmark.
Meals
Care team supports families in times of crisis, welcoming new babies, etc., by providing meals.
Rides
We provide rides for the elderly and injured, while creating opportunities for conversation and ministry from the street to the seat.
Recovery
Whether it’s addiction, trauma, co-dependency, anxiety, or emotional dysfunction, recovery is about progress rooted in surrender. We have people and groups to come alongside you through your journey in recovery.
Resources
Our resource list involves a curated list of faith-based contacts: counselors, rehabs, in-patient & out-patient, nutritionists, recovery & support meetings, and health navigating consultants.
During & After Service
Prayer leaders are available during and after services to listen to your needs and pray with and for you.
Throughout the Week
Visit our prayer page to:
- Submit your own prayer request
- Schedule a prayer call to have a prayer leader pray for you remotely
- Pray over other people’s requests
- Find in-person prayer meetings to attend
