Landmark Cafe: Second Floor Expansion + HVAC Fix
Now that Landmark Cafe is open, we're looking to outfit the second floor with a quieter, more work focused environment. This will also be used for ministry gatherings, small groups, & more.
Legacy Initiative: For the Church After Us
In 1879, this island was purchased and founded as a Christian seaside resort & meeting place. Our plan is to bring the island back to those roots through eternal investments.

In our unique geographical area of the North East, where hearts are cold and belief in self is much greater than belief in God, we desire to be a place where the love of Christ is evident and the hope of Christ is received.
And in Ocean City and the surrounding towns, we want to lead the charge of helping our community prosper and experience life by caring for the homeless, widowed, orphaned and needy, and being the voice of truth in the public square.

Ministry Needs & Opportunities
These immediate & long term ministry needs & opportunities fulfill our legacy initiative by expanding our footprint in Ocean City, NJ to do more ministry for the kingdom of God.

Sanctuary HVAC Units (2)
Our current units are 14 years old. One of the units has already stopped working and the others are on their way out. We're seeking to buy two new units to heat and cool our sanctuary.
Long Term

Landmark Storage Inn & Family Life Center Mortgage Pay Down
In order to move to Phase 2 of our Life Center project (phase 1 was the renovation of the Family Life Center), we need to pay down the mortgage of the building our FLC & Storage Inn occupies.
Ideally, as we pay down the mortgage we can continue to remove storage units from the Storage Inn business and replace them with more space for ministry for things like: youth/community space, staff offices, & more.

Yes, your contributions to this initiative are tax deductible because we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

- Go here and log into your Church Center profile
- Scroll to the bottom and look for “My Giving” and click/tap on it
- Recurring Donations: If you have a recurring donation set up, navigate to “Recurring Donations” and click or tap the pencil icon to edit that donation
- Donation History: If you’re looking for donation history you can find that under the “Donation History” tab.
- Payment Method: Looking to add or change your payment method? Use the “Payment Method” tab.
The cost was derived from a mixture of hard costs (like our mortgage and equipment costs) and renovation estimates from trustworthy advisors within our church.
