Jr. High Youth Leader

Lead and invest in 6th–8th grade students during our midweek gathering on Wednesday nights—designed to be the primary entry point for Jr. High students. Wednesday nights are high-energy and relational, creating space for leaders to build trust, guide conversations, and help students take next steps in their faith. Leaders play a key role in facilitating small groups, encouraging participation, and making every student feel seen and known.

Sr. High Youth Leader

Disciple and mentor 9th–12th grade students in a more ownership-driven environment on Sunday nights. This gathering is focused on helping students deepen their faith, ask real questions, and take responsibility for their spiritual growth. Leaders create meaningful discussions, challenge students toward maturity, and walk alongside them as they navigate life, faith, and leadership.

Sunday Morning Bible Study Leader

Help guide Jr. High students into a deeper understanding of God’s Word during Sunday morning Bible study. This role is more support-focused, creating an engaging and interactive environment where students can learn, ask questions, and apply Scripture to their lives.

D-Group Leader

Invest intentionally in a small group of students through consistent, relational discipleship. D-Groups meet at a time and place that works best for the leader and students, creating flexibility and deeper connection. Leaders are responsible for fostering accountability, leading students through Scripture, and helping them grow spiritually through honest conversations and real-life application. *Our D-Group Leaders are also regularly attending Youth Leaders
