As the Operations Assistant, Connor plays a role in ensuring no one at Landmark Church falls through the cracks. He manages the database systems that keep the church running smoothly while also overseeing the Small Groups ministry, where true community happens. Connor is passionate about leading our Discipleship Track—the 101, 201, and 301 classes—helping newcomers discover their purpose and find their unique place in the church family. For Connor, ministry is all about the "connection," whether that’s connecting a data point to a person or a person to a lifelong friend. What he loves most about serving at Landmark is watching the lightbulb moment when a new attender finds their calling and community. On the weekends, you can often find Connor behind the keys, helping lead the congregation in worship through music. Having studied music at Liberty University, his journey into ministry was born out of a deep love for both organized systems and the creative arts. Outside of church life, Connor enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Katie, and their children, Judah and Haven. Outside of church life, Connor enjoys spending quality time with his family (Katie, Judah, and Haven), doing puzzles, and enjoying time with his small group.
