As one of our worship leaders at Landmark, John collaborates with the team to lead the band, select our songs, and coordinate the music for our Sunday and Wednesday gatherings. His heartbeat is to create an environment where our church family can set aside distractions and engage with God at a whole new level. For him, there’s no greater joy than seeing the church truly respond—with hands raised, voices singing loudly, and shouts of praise to God.

John’s ministry is backed by a deep love for both the Word and the craft of music, holding a Master’s degree in Biblical Theology and a Bachelor’s in Music Education. With over 30 years of ministry experience, his journey has led him through a variety of roles across different congregations, including serving as a Worship Pastor, Elder, Lead Pastor, and even a church planter. This diverse background gives him a unique perspective and a seasoned heart for leading the body of Christ.

John lives in Northfield with his wife, Gina, and their three kids: Caleb, Aaron, and Hannie. When he isn’t fine-tuning a setlist or rehearsing with the team, he balances his time between cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams and dialing in the perfect espresso. A big believer in staying active, he spends much of his downtime in his home gym "picking up heavy things and putting them back down."
