Proverbs 16 reminds us that wisdom isn’t simply something we know—it is revealed in the choices we make every day. We choose justice by using our influence wisely, treating people with the same honest standard, and building the character necessary to carry whatever God entrusts to us. We choose humility by pursuing wisdom over wealth, staying on the right road, and remaining willing to say, “I could be wrong—what am I missing?” And we choose our words carefully, because what comes out of our mouths reveals what is happening in our hearts, and our words always leave something behind.
