Some roles require experience, but we also have opportunities to learn and grow. If you don't have any prior experience, serving as a photographer is the best way to get started. Other roles like graphics design, videography, etc does require some prior experience.

Yes, many roles are project-based or event-based. Photography is the only recurring need week-to-week.
For roles like photographer & videographer, we have equipment that you will be trained on and use when serving. But, for a role like graphic design and any other computer based role, a functioning computer is necessary.
