Charlie serves as the Recovery Lead, under the guidance and supervision of Pastor Terence who leads the entire Care Team. He acts as a touch point to those who are, or have loved ones, struggling with addiction, loss of a loved one, or someone just looking for a little extra support in their walk with Christ.

Charlie is grateful that, here at Landmark, you can find someone who has, or is currently going, through the same situation as you. It is full of people that just want to serve, and find ways to do it.

Having accepted Christ in 2018, after 22 years of battling addiction, in 2019 Charlie came here because of all the opportunities to serve. It was here he met his wife, found wonderful spiritual support groups (Foundational Recovery, GriefShare, Men's Fellowship), and found the peace of God in strenuous circumstances.

Charlie finds it important to be willing to meet people where they are, and love them enough to not let them stay there. It often requires saying what is needed, not desired. It demands that individuals deal with the consequences of their choices, and encourage them because they don't have to deal with those consequences on their own. Others have been where you are, so let us connect you with someone who knows where you're at.

Outside of church, Charlie enjoys spending time with his children, helping friends with projects, and running.
