Jennifer serves at Landmark in the areas of finance, administration, and operations; though many affectionately refer to her as the “Ninja” because of her lightning-fast work skills that often happen behind the scenes. She helps ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly so that ministry can flourish.

In addition to her operational role, she leads Lost + Found Outreach, a ministry dedicated to serving those who are homeless, displaced, or simply in need of love, dignity, and kindness. Her heart for outreach is deeply personal. Having walked through significant challenges in both childhood and adulthood, Jenny sees God’s hand in shaping her story. Those seasons didn’t define her, they refined her. They equipped her with compassion, resilience, and a deep understanding of suffering and addiction. Today, she uses that lived experience to serve others with empathy and authenticity.

What she loves most about serving at Landmark is watching people grow, seeing someone who feels forgotten become known, or someone struggling begin to experience hope. She is passionate about Kingdom work that meets both practical and spiritual needs. She believes ministry is not just about programs, but about people; walking with them, loving them well, and reminding them that they matter to God.

Jenny also she wears her heart on her sleeve. A tear will often accompany her words when she speaks about the people she loves and serves. Her compassion runs deep, and her outward joy and contagious laugh light up a room.

Outside of church life, Jenny treasures time with her family. She loves creating memories with her children and grandchild, traveling to new places, enjoying amazing restaurants, and riding motorcycles with her husband. Whether she’s balancing budgets, leading outreach, or sharing a meal with someone in need, Jenny's life reflects a simple but powerful desire: to serve faithfully, love deeply, and point others to hope.
