Lainie Allegretto serves as the Care Team Director at Landmark Church, where she works closely with Pastor Terence and a dedicated team of volunteers to coordinate and delegate incoming care needs. From counseling and marriage support to organizing meals, prayer requests, cards, phone calls, and live stream monitoring, she helps ensure that every need within the church body is met with intentionality and compassion. She considers it a privilege to serve in a church community filled with people who are eager and willing to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Each day, she leaves her role humbled and grateful to serve alongside such faithful servants of Christ.

Born and raised in Ocean City, Lainie has been part of Landmark since middle school and graduated from Ocean City High School in 2018. While pursuing a degree in finance in college, she began an internship at the church that ultimately grew into her current position. Doing life with the people of Landmark and running wholeheartedly after Jesus are what matter most to her. She especially loves spending time with the kids and youth—whether during services, at sporting events, or simply having fun together.

Outside of church life, Lainie is passionate about serving at Jehovah Jireh Children's Home in South Africa, where she has formed deep  bonds with the children. They feel like her own and hold a significant piece of her heart. She also loves chasing winter storms to ski and snowboard, staying active through surfing, running, and hiking, and catching sunsets whenever she can. She can often be found dancing to her own music or carving out quiet moments of solitude with Jesus Christ.
