What do you do when everything around you begins to shake?
Psalm 46 reminds us that our confidence is not that life will remain stable, but that God will. “Be still” is not merely God whispering peace over a quiet prayer room; it is God commanding peace over a raging battlefield.
When everything moves, God remains unmoved. The answer to a shaking world is the presence of an unshaken God.
“Be still, and know that I am God.” —Psalm 46:10
