- Solomon writes that “the truthful lip will be established forever, but a lying tongue is but for a moment.” Provide examples in your life where a truth has stood the test of time and where a lie was eventually exposed as false.
- Proverbs 12:23 says “A prudent man conceals knowledge, But the heart of fools proclaims foolishness.” Discuss the quote: In leadership, quietness doesn’t signal weakness—it often signals depth. Have you ever witnessed the difference between the quiet leader and the loud fool?
- Explain the difference between discipline and diligence.
- Solomon explains that: “Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes it glad”. Discuss the powerful and wide-ranging effects of anxiety and the path to overcoming anxiety.
